Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY:

We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Reverse pick-up is available at no additional cost, subject to serviceability in your area. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, the customer must self-ship the product. Products must be returned unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Refund Process

Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days after the returned product is received at our warehouse and successfully inspected. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method, and the final credit timeline may depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

For COD orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or store credit, as selected by the customer. Customers must provide accurate bank details for smooth refund processing.

Cancellation & Exchange Terms

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

For exchange requests, the exchange/replacement product will be dispatched only after the returned product is received at our warehouse and passes our standard quality check. Exchange dispatch is subject to stock availability.

If the requested exchange size/product is unavailable, the customer may choose store credit, another available product, or a refund as per our refund policy.

Exchanged items are not eligible for further exchange or return, except in case of wrong, damaged, or defective product received.

For COD orders, if the customer refuses delivery after dispatch or the delivery fails due to incorrect address/contact details or customer unavailability, the advance amount will be non-refundable

Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
  • We follow a Partially COD model to ensure order confirmation and reduce fake orders.
  • COD orders require a small advance payment.
  • The advance amount is adjusted in the final payable amount at the time of delivery.

     Advance Payment – Refund Conditions
  • The advance amount is non-refundable in the following cases:
  • Order is cancelled after dispatch
  • Customer refuses to accept the delivery
  • Delivery fails due to incorrect address or contact details
  • Customer is unavailable at the time of delivery Refund Eligibility
   The advance amount will be refunded in the following cases:
  • Order is cancelled before dispatch
  • Delivery fails due to courier/service-related issues
